浙江富钢集团有限公司成立于1991年，现已转型升级成为一家深耕特殊钢领域，集前沿研发、全流程制造与定制化技术服务于一体的高端智造新材料企业。员工一千余人，集团秉承“为用户解难、为社会创富”的使命，坚守“以人为本、品质致胜，资源联合、成就共享”的价值观，业务遍及世界30多个国家和地区。2025年，集团主营业务收入65亿元，实缴税金1.36亿元，2009年至今集团累计纳税总额超20亿元。

集团及子公司曾获第50届日内瓦国际发明展金奖等400多项荣誉，是浙江省首家完成超低排放公示的电炉短流程钢铁企业。

发展路上，富钢结合企业实际提出细分行业隐形冠军的概念，融入独创的“3+1”发展模式重构产业价值链，形成以特种钢、新材料（富佰）、特殊合金板材3大业务及1个制造服务平台业务为主的全新业务体系。2020年至2025年，集团累计创新投入超25亿元，开发百余项高端新材料产品，成功应用于可控聚变能、芯片制造、航空航天、零磁医学、国防军工等国家战略与前沿科技领域，先后斩获国家及省部级科研基金、重点研发项目、首批次新材料示范认定等多项创新资质，技术成果落地转化成效显著。

通过统筹资源、谋划布局，富钢已购入国内首台套轧机设备，并在2023年正式启动特板项目，2025年全面竣工投产。该项目形成国内唯一一条专业化全产业链的特种合金板材生产线，在高端制造业领域以柔性化生产方式破解我国高端板材产品完全依赖进口的“卡脖子”问题，聚力高端装备制造高质量发展，为制造强省建设提供坚实支撑。

富钢立足企业产品研发中心，联合宝武特冶、上海电气等国内行业重点企业及浙江大学、东南大学、东北大学等、北京科技大学等知名院校建立“产业链协同创新联合体”，多维深化产学研销四位一体。经过30余年的持续发展，富钢坚定不移实施转型战略，实现了从普钢到优钢、从优钢到特钢、到现在特钢加新材料产品结构的华丽转变，以匠心铸造品质，诚心共筑未来，聚力成为世界一流的特种合金材料智造专家。

Zhejiang Fugang Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1991. It has completed industrial transformation and upgrading to evolve into a high-end intelligent manufacturing new materials enterprise specializing in special steel, integrating cutting-edge R&D, full-process manufacturing and customized technical services.The Group has more than 1,000 employees. Adhering to the mission of “Solving problems for users, creating wealth for society” and the values of “People-oriented, quality-winning, resource integration,achievement sharing”, its business covers more than 30 countries and regions around the world.In 2025, the Group’s main business revenue reached 6.5 billion yuan, with taxes paid of 136 million yuan. The cumulative total tax payment of the Group has exceeded 2 billion yuan since 2009.

The Group and its subsidiaries have been awarded more than 400 honors including the Gold Medal at the 50th Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions. It is the first electric furnace short-process steel enterprise in Zhejiang Province to complete the public notice for ultra-low emissions.

Throughout its development, in light of its own operational reality, Fugang put forward the concept of becoming a hidden champion in segmented industries. It reconstructed the industrial value chain with its original "3+1" development model, establishing a brand-new business system consisting of three core businesses — special steel, new materials (Fubai), and special alloy plates — plus one manufacturing service platform.From 2020 to 2025, the Group’s total investment in innovation exceeded 2.5 billion yuan. It has developed over a hundred high-end new material products, which have been successfully applied in national strategic and cutting-edge technology sectors including controllable fusion energy, chip manufacturing, aerospace, zero-magnetism medical equipment, and national defense military industry. The Group has obtained numerous innovation accreditations such as national and provincial ministerial research grants, key R&D projects, and demonstration certifications for the first batch of new materials, the implementation and transformation of technological achievements have achieved remarkable results.

Through resource coordination and strategic layout planning, Fugang has introduced the first complete set of rolling mill equipment in China. The special plate project was officially launched in 2023 and fully completed and put into operation in 2025. This project boasts China’s sole professional full-industry-chain production line for special alloy plates. Adopting flexible production modes for high-end manufacturing sectors, it addresses the core bottleneck that China’s high-end plate products were fully reliant on imports. Committed to advancing high-quality development of high-end equipment manufacturing, the Group provides solid support for building a province with robust manufacturing capabilities.

Fugang relies on its enterprise R&D center, and has established an "Industrial Chain Collaborative Innovation Consortium" with key domestic enterprises such as Baowu Special Metallurgy Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Electric SHMP Casting & Forging Co., Ltd., as well as prestigious universities including Zhejiang University, Southeast University, Northeastern University, and University of Science and Technology Beijing.The consortium deepens the four-in-one integration of industry, academia, research and marketing in multiple dimensions.With over 30 years of steady development, Fugang has unswervingly pursued its transformation strategy and achieved a remarkable upgrade in product portfolio: from ordinary carbon steel to high-quality steel, then to special steel, and now to a composite product system combining special steel and new advanced materials.
